Yosemite Nationalpark / The Valley

Yosemite National Park embraces a spectacular expanse of mountain-and-valley scenery in the Sierra Nevada. A nature photographer's dream, the park harbors a grand collection of waterfalls, meadows, and forests, including groves of giant sequoias. Among the many well-known and spectacular features of Yosemite Valley are two granite monoliths, Half Dome and El Capitain. Without any doubt Yosemite has truly been a magical experience, i can't wait to go there again.

Tuolumne Meadows / Cathedral Peak

After staying in the Yosemite Valley for two days, we decided to spend more time in the less crowed Tuolumne Meadows. This place has been one of the highlights on our trip, i have rarely seen such beauty and asthetic in alpine areas. The peak lends its name from its cathedral-shaped peak, which was formed by glacial activity. When hiking in such high altitudes over 10000 feet (3000m) you slightly start to feel the "thin" air, but when we arrived to Upper Cathedral Lake it was really worth all the effort.

Dante's View / Death Valley

Dante's View provides an amazing panoramic view of the southern Death Valley basin at 5,500 feet (1700 m) on the north side of Coffin Peak, along the crest of the Black Mountains. A great place to escape from the incredible hot temperatures of the valley.

Coney Island / New York

During our trip around the states we spent a week in New york and went to Coney Island. The area was a major resort and site of amusement parks that reached its peak in the early 20th century. It declined in popularity after World War 2 and endured years of neglect. I've been there in summer and spring time, to me this place has alot more charm when everything is closed and seems to be abandoned.

Driftwood / Dungeness Bay, Washington

Dungeness Bay is located in Clallam County, Washington and is one of world's longest natural sand spits that softens the rough sea waves to form a quiet bay and harbor, sand and gravel beaches, and tideflats. A half-mile hike through a sweet-smelling forest with scenic overlooks leads to a rocky beach scattered with driftwood.
